Who we are

We're a direct buyer and investor — a holding company that acquires and operates websites.

We operate under the Cosmo Investors identity and signature, and every deal runs through standard, verifiable steps — a written agreement, secure escrow, and a tracked domain and asset transfer.

We're the buyer. We acquire sites for our own portfolio — we're not a broker representing someone else.

Price & valuation

We look at your pageviews, profit and revenue, monetization model and traffic trend to put together a valuation. Try our free valuation tool →

Either works. We'll often ask whether you have a number in mind; if you don't, share your metrics and we'll estimate one.

We don't work to a fixed public multiple — it genuinely depends on your revenue, traffic trend, monetization and growth potential. We'll always explain how we arrived at a number.

Strategic fit

We frame interest around acquisition potential — quality, growth opportunity and ROI — and how the site fits our current acquisition focus.

We look to operate and grow acquired sites for the long term, in-house with our specialist teams.

Due diligence

Monthly pageviews, average monthly profit, your monetization model, and sometimes traffic or analytics proof.

Start by sharing rough numbers. Deeper proof comes later, once both sides are aligned.

We're still happy to take a look. That said, revenue does have a big influence on the valuation and on whether a site fits what we're focused on right now.

What's included

For website acquisitions we buy the website and business assets, not only the domain — unless something else is specifically discussed.

The domain, the site and its content, code and source assets, hosting or platform transfer details, and any other business assets listed in the agreement.

Usually yes, if they're part of the business. The exact list is handled in the agreement and the handover checklist.

Negotiation

Yes. Share a counteroffer and we'll discuss it with the team.

If you're still open, we'd appreciate the chance to submit or revise our valuation and offer.

Ownership & authority

We'll ask to be connected with the website owner or decision-maker.

The owner or an authorized decision-maker. If you're not the owner, we'll ask to be connected with them.

Payment & escrow

Through a secure escrow process — escrow is secured before any transfer proceeds, and we cover 100% of the escrow fees.

Once escrow is secured, the assets and domain have transferred, and final checks are complete — then payment is released.

Process & next steps

We ask for your basic metrics, estimate a valuation, discuss an offer, then move to agreement and escrow if we're aligned.

Metrics → valuation and offer → negotiation → agreement → escrow and payment setup → domain and asset transfer → final checks → payment release.

Rough monthly pageviews, your average monthly profit or revenue, your monetization model, and an asking price if you have one in mind.

Migration & handover

After escrow and the agreement are in place, you transfer the domain and assets to our registrar and accounts, and complete the required handover details.

It depends on the site's stack. We coordinate account creation and transfer for hosting, code and CMS wherever it's needed.

Sometimes a short transition is needed for handover, account transfer or technical migration. We'll agree the scope before closing.

Confidentiality

Yes. If you'd like an NDA in place before sharing sensitive data, just ask.

Any data you share is used only to evaluate the acquisition, and it can be handled under an NDA if you request one.

Fees

No. We're the buyer, so you don't pay broker commissions to us unless something else is specifically agreed.

There's no fee to work with us, and we cover 100% of the escrow fees. Any other transfer costs are agreed up front, so there are no surprises.

Timeline

There's no fixed timeline, but it can move quickly once metrics, price, agreement, escrow and transfer details are aligned.

Yes. Once escrow is secured and the transfer steps are ready, we can proceed quickly.
